Vision Conference

Bolton Vision Conference

Public, private, voluntary and community sector partners came together to create a vision for how Bolton could look in 2030 at the Bolton Vision Conference 2018.

Leaders from Bolton’s public, private, faith, voluntary, education and community sector organisations met at the Albert Halls, to discuss their plans for the future with hundreds of delegates from across the town and beyond.

The conference built upon joint working between the public, private and community sectors and delegates were be able to participate in a series of discussions and workshops throughout the conference.

Those attending were asked to identify their strengths and assets, both as individuals and organisations and then think about how these strengths and assets could contribute to Bolton in 2030 and create a more active, connected and prosperous Bolton.

Bolton Youth Conference

YOUNG people presented their vision for the future as leaders from business, education, health and voluntary sectors staged the borough's annual Vision Conference.

Youth MPs Jonathan Wright and Jaya Patel addressed hundreds of leaders from the business, education, health, voluntary and community sectors at the 20th Bolton Vision Conference held at the Albert Halls.

The town held its first Youth Vision Conference last October and the two talked about the 'important' role that young people had to play in the strategy for Bolton 2030 and presented a video with their hopes for the future of the town.
